London Eye From Above 2 (brushed aluminium)

I am always looking for interesting and unusual angles for my images, preferably a view that we don’t see very often. This piece was created from an original photograph taken while hanging out of a helicopter with the doors off. I love its persepctive and how the colours divide the image.
The original photograph was digitally coloured by hand (there are a lot of spokes on that wheel!) and then printed on a slim sheet of brushed aluminium. This gives the piece an etched appearance and really picks out the detail of the Eye and surrounding buildings.
London Eye From Above 2 is made to order. It can usually be created and delivered in around 10-14 days. An aluminium subframe on the back makes it incredibly easy to hang.
