Sydney - it’s not just about Home and Away
So what if Sydney’s home to the most dangerous spider on earth! No worries. There is so much to take your mind off that. This is a city with more than 100 beaches, a place where one of the most famous landmarks is a ‘coathanger’. And it’s also the home of one of my favourite buildings anywhere - the Sydney Opera House - designed to look like a sailing ship, and made with more than a million small tiles.

One of my favourite things about cities is the beauty we often see looking up. I was captivated by the patterns, colours and shapes of the magnificent glass-domed ceiling in the Queen Victoria Building.

Bondi Icebergs Club - of the most iconic clubs in the world, opened in 1929. I was mesmerized watching people calmly swimming through the water, as huge waves crashed over them.
