New York has some of the greatest architecture in the world - almost everywhere you look there is a historic landmark. Completed in 1902 the Flat Iron Building is one my favourites.
This piece is created from an original photograph and digitally coloured by hand. The image is printed on a slim sheet of brushed aluminium giving it an etched appearance. This brings out the incredibly intricate detail of this historic gem, and the vivid yellow sky contrasts nicely with the silver finish.
The 'Flat Iron Building (mellow yellow)' is made to order. It can usually be created and delivered in around 10-14 days. An aluminium subframe on the back makes it incredibly easy to hang.
