From my Little Los Angeles collection: ‘celebrate the big city with a little piece of art.’
Although the Getty Museum houses one of the most extensive art collections in the world, it was the design of the building itself that really captured my attention. I love its crisp simple lines and curves, designed by architect Richard Meier.
This artwork was created from an original photograph. It was digitally coloured and printed on a small piece of brushed aluminium, which brings out the vivid pink, contrasting with the colour of the stone. The image is floated in a hand-painted wood frame.
