I've spent many hours capturing the beautiful abstract shapes of the Walt Disney Concert Hall, designed by the architectural genius Frank Gehry.
The outside was originally intended to be made with stone, but was replaced with matt stainless steel as a cost-saving measure, which makes it the perfect subject for my work. This piece is created from an orginal photograph, with the group of people outside digitally coloured by hand with vivid colours.
The image is printed on brushed aluminium, with the concert hall left with an all metal finish to highlight its stunning shapes and honour its real-life facade.
