This image was created from an original photograph taken from a helicopter. The view shows everything I love about London: the incredible number of beautiful landmarks (old and new), the beautiful patterns in the landscape, and the gorgeous curves of the river Thames as it carves its way through the metropolis.
The photograph was digitally manipulated to trace the outlines and shape of the city and printed on a small piece of brushed aluminium, which gives the image an etched appearance. It is floated in a hand-painted waxed wood frame.
Little London: Above and Beyond 2 is made to order. It can usually be created and delivered in around two weeks.
